Understanding your environment, faster
IT administrators managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs rely on a range of signals—including reports, alerts, and device views—across the Microsoft Intune admin center to understand the health of their environment.
These signals provide valuable visibility across the Windows 365 environment. As environments scale, quickly surfacing what needs attention—and acting on it—becomes more important.
Bringing key signals together in one place
Insight cards surface signals for review when thresholds are met.
Admin Insights builds on existing reporting, monitoring, and alerting by bringing important signals together directly into the Windows 365 experience.
With Admin Insights, IT administrators can:
- Identify what needs attention across their Cloud PC environment
- Understand environment health at a glance, without digging through multiple reports
- Spot unexpected changes and outliers, such as spikes in failures or degraded performance
- Focus on what to do next, using signals surfaced in one place
What powers Admin Insights
Admin Insights surfaces dynamic insight cards in the Windows 365 management portal in Intune, based on changes and patterns across your Cloud PC environment:
- Insight cards are generated automatically, based on activity across your environment
- Up to 15 insight cards may be displayed, covering general health and outlier conditions
- Cards appear contextually, highlighting what needs attention as changes are detected
- Each card maps to a specific scenario, such as unhealthy Cloud PCs or connectivity failures
Get started with Admin Insights
Admin Insights are available on the Cloud PC Overview page. Insight cards appear when defined thresholds are met, surfacing key signals.
To learn more, visit the Admin Insights for Windows 365 documentation. The feature will continue to extend to new scenarios and Windows 365 surfaces in the Intune portal, providing IT administrators with the information they need, where they need it.
